Refund and Return Policy

6. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Paint products that have been opened, mixed, tinted, or used cannot be returned.
7. Non-Returnable Items

Opened paint buckets
Custom color-mixed paint
Clearance or discounted items
Products damaged due to misuse
8. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
9. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
10. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
